Sub-Station and Old Boans Warehouse

The Sub-Station and Old Boans warehouse is close to my work in East Perth, so I took a walk around this location late one evening last week. I don't often take street or architectural photos, but it is something I'd like to explore. These sites have so much character and the light was warm which brought out the best of these building. Both of them have been renovated and are now used as offices and residential accommodation.

I used VSCO film presets to process the images. I think the classic film effects nicely complemented the shots and quickly gave me the feel I was trying the achieve. If you are interested in the presents I used, you can find the details below.
