I'm lucky to have Burns Beach as my local beach. The scenery is constantly changing throughout the seasons and with the varying light and tidal levels there are always new and interesting shapes to explore and discover.

This is one of the first long exposure shots I took at Burns Beach. Still getting the hang of it experimenting with different exposure times. With such a dark foreground, I have ended up losing some of the detail in the sky near the horizon.
